- A conversation about what is bothering you, whether that is fit, looks, chewing or comfort
- An explanation of our approach and the methods we use to make dentures that fit and feel better
- Your options side by side, from full and partial dentures to implant and suction dentures
- A written treatment plan with costs, so you can take it home and decide
Most consultations are relaxed and unhurried. Bring your current dentures, your insurance details and any questions you have.

Paying for treatment
Insurance, CDCP and financing
The consultation itself is free. If you go ahead with treatment, it is billed through your insurance as part of your treatment plan. If you do not, there is no charge.
We bill insurance directly, we are a registered CDCP provider, and financing is available through iFinance and Dentalcard for larger treatments.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. If you go ahead with treatment, the consultation is billed through your insurance as part of your treatment plan. If you do not, there is no charge.
Do I need a referral from my dentist?
No. A denturist is a registered oral health professional, so you can book directly with us.
What should I bring?
Your current dentures if you have them, your insurance or CDCP details, and a list of any medications or questions you have.
Will you send my plan to my insurance?
Yes. We can submit your treatment plan to your insurance for pre-approval or to check your eligibility, so you know what is covered before you start.
Do I have to decide on the day?
No. You take your written plan home and decide when you are ready.
Which clinic should I book at?
Whichever is closest. We see patients in Vernon, Kelowna and Lake Country.
